We are seeking a salon manager/experienced stylist to manage our team of hairdressers and barbers at Coal City Barbers and Beauty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair and beauty, providing exceptional customer experience and delivering high quality service.
- You will have overall responsibility for the running of the salon, focusing on customer experience and putting customers at the heart of everything.
- Excellent team player
- Making products and hair stocks available
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Booking appointments
- Shampooing/conditioning
- Blow drying and styling hair
- Colour and lightening using a range of techniques
- Braiding, cornrows, weave, crochet, dreadlocks maintenance
Salary:
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £15 to £19 per hour

The interview process includes a virtual interview via Zoom or Google Meet, followed by a face-to-face interview where you will perform treatments on models.
The face-to-face session may last 3-4 hours. In some cases, the employer may skip the virtual interview and go straight to the face-to-face interview based on time availability.
