RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item/items, you have up to 14 days to do so. We will not accept products with broken seal for health, safety and hygiene reasons.

If you receive a faulty product, received a wrong item or an item received does not match the description given, you can return the item.

Contact us immediately via our email. coalcitybarbers@gmail.com with your name, email address and the reason for the return of an item. We advise that you send proof of postage alongside the item being returned. A full refund for the price of the item will be issued. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind about the item, the return postage cost will be incurred by the purchaser.

Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on the bank you are with.

RETURNS POLICY FOR WIGS, HAIR EXTENSIONS AND HAIR PIECES

We can only accept returns for wigs, hair extensions and hair pieces if they are faulty or Unworn, unused, free from scents, smell or cosmetics, without stains and spillages, must not have been brushed, washed or styled, in its original packaging (with seal or shrink wrap intact) with original labels or tags still attached.

It must be in a condition that allows us to sell item as new.

Do not purchase wigs/ hair items simply to try on. Fitting is available in our store. Please call and book an appointment.

UK MAINLAND

For all deliveries to UK mainland addresses, we have the following delivery methods available

  • Standard 5-7 working days (£4.99)
  • Within UK-England, Wales & Scotland (£4.99)
  • Hermes 3-5 working days (£5)
  • DHL. next working days (£7.99)

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, will be dispatched same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the Monday.

If you purchase a high value product from us, we will usually conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product. This may delay the expected date of delivery. Where the delivery date is delayed due to fraud screening checks, we will notify you by email.

Unfortunately due to the strict royal mail regulations regarding sending certain items, not all items are available for delivery to all destinations. We cannot currently ship the following items outside the UK; aerosols, flammable liquids, perfumes, aftershaves.

If an order is placed for any of these restricted items with a delivery address outside the UK, a full refund will be issued against the order.
