Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday, will be dispatched same day wherever possible. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on the Monday.

If you purchase a high value product from us, we will usually conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product. This may delay the expected date of delivery. Where the delivery date is delayed due to fraud screening checks, we will notify you by email.

If an order is placed for any of these restricted items with a delivery address outside the UK, a full refund will be issued against the order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoice are sent through your registered email once your order is completed. Log in the accounts which you have registered on the website, you can view the current status of orders.
