We have exciting opportunities for stylists to join our team at Coal City Barbers and Beauty Ltd, Ipswich.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and is able to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere within our team. This position is a full time position, terms to be discussed. We are located in Ipswich town with lots of passer-by who go in and out of the shop always.
- You must be confident in all aspects of hairdressing, a stylist specialising in afro/Caribbean hair type would be preferred. The successful candidate will be able to do a range of hairstyles including braids, twists, Ghana weave (feed in cornrows), dread locs, weaves, hair wash and styling and more!

- Able to provide hair care advice
- Recommended and upsell products
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
